Janco's seventy years of prolific artistic creation (1895-1984) are exhibited chronologically, from his early works, when he was a boy of fifteen, up to works he made especially for the museum sometime before he died. The permanent exhibition includes a section about Dada and other subjects the artist was concerned with, such as architecture, teaching, crafts, book illustration, and the foundation of Ein Hod. The texts of the permanent display are in Hebrew, English and Arabic.

The main exhibition space housing temporary exhibitions is located on the lower level of the museum. The exhibitions are selected by a professional committee and deal mainly with subjects that have to do with Marcel Janco, Ein-Hod, Dada, avant- garde art, or with otherwise special subjects. The space is often divided into two or three displays, hosting a few exhibitions simultaneously, utilizing the space of the Pit as well. Sometimes it is used for one comprehensive exhibition. The temporary exhibitions are curated by either the museum curators or by guest curators

The Entrance Gallery was opened in 1992 and is dedicated almost exclusively to young talented artists and to the presentation of installations and special projects that are compatible with the spirit of the Dada movement. Exhibitions here are intended to expose artists at the beginning of their careers to the general public, the aim being to provide a first boost of encouragement to the young artists and to forward their careers. The exhibitions take place in the Entrance Gallery into the museum and in the upper Gallery space.

In this project, begun in 2000, artists are invited to create works on the walls, stairways and passageways in the museum. Chosen for the project are artists with unique artistic languages whose works are not necessarily in the regular exhibition halls. The majority of these works are planned especially for the particular space and carry on a dialogue with that space and with the spirit of the museum. These works are usually displayed for longer periods of time than a regular exhibition.

The Pit, a unique concept for an exhibition space that was opened to the public in 2004, was excavated under the floor of the museum and serves as a setting for the presentation of video art. The Pit was originally dug as an artistic project conceived and executed in 1997 by the "Tav" Group under the lower floor of the museum. It was closed for years and reopened to become an exhibition space.
